Having a pet sitter scheduled, whether it be for just a midday walk or going on vacation, is one of the important items you do to care for your pets when you’re not home. Like everything else these days, convenience is important to you. People like to use their phone or get on their computer to schedule everything from travel arrangements, doctors appointments, order food and schedule your pet sitter.

Legends Pet Care Services has been working hard to improve the process of scheduling your pet visits. Online booking was important to us and many of our clients wanted an easy way to book their pets care. We thought we had it set up only to be surprised by an unexpected issue that was critical to our service to our clients. Our current processor has not been very helpful in correcting the issue and we still do not have it corrected.

After much thought and discussion, we have made the decision to switch to another pet sitting software program. The program we have chosen is used by over 2500 pet service companies worldwide and is built specifically for pet service companies. Best of all, they already have a proven online booking system!

As with any computer conversion, there will be a lot of work and there may be a few glitches. We will do our best to keep them to a minimum and keep you updated as we move along.

We will be migrating to the new software over the next month. Please be advised that our service to you will continue with no interruptions and we will continue to accept new reservations during our conversion process. You and your pets are our number one priority. The new software will only improve our service to you.
