For his continued commitment to clients' pets and to the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters, George has been recognized as Volunteer of the Quarter. This honor is given to a NAPPS member who has demonstrated outstanding service to NAPPS and NAPPS members. George has been a NAPPS member since 2015, and served on the membership and membership benefits committees. He is now the Member Benefits Committee Chair. Legends Pet Care Services Achieves Its Goal of $2000 for K9s For Warriors
Legends Pet Care Services is proud to announce that we achieved our goal of donating $2000 by 12/31/22 to K9s For Warriors. Legends Pet donated by making corporate donations, donating a portion of our proceeds from September to December and receiving donations from clients and at events.
Funds donated will help K9s For Warriors to provide highly trained service dogs to military veterans suffering from PTSD, Traumatic brain injury and/or sexual trauma.

WITH THE MAJORITY OF DOGS COMING FROM HIGH-KILL SHELTERS, THIS INNOVATIVE PROGRAM ALLOWS THE K9/WARRIOR TEAM TO BUILD AN UNWAVERING BOND THAT FACILITATES THEIR COLLECTIVE HEALING AND RECOVERY.
